  • To over 225 countries using TNT, Parcelforce and Royal Mail
  • Depending on size and unless requested otherwise, all international shipping is carried by Air for a swift service
  • Lower value items are sent via Royal Mail with recorded or registered delivery, higher value items are sent by TNT or Parcelforce. High value items are subject to an additional insurance fee if they are not covered the couriers insurance. (see below for more details)
  • Most international shipments reach their destination within 4-7days
  • If you are not entirely satisfied with the item make a request to return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the actual delivery date and we will refund you. Please note the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and that we do not accept returns that have not been arranged

     

After placing an order with us, we will contact you within one working day with details of total shipping costs.

TNT is our preferred courier for shipping more valuable items. The price of shipping varies depending on weight and volume so no price guide is available. TNT offers an online tracking service that allows you to see exactly where your shipment is. TNT is also a closed distributor which means they use their own staff, vehicles, planes and hubs from pickup to delivery which adds security as no other agents are involved.

* Due to TNT company policy as with most other couriers, they do not insure against damage or loss in transit for any glassware, porcelain, ceramics; articles made wholly of gold, silver or other precious metals; diamonds, jewellery and antiques over 100 years. We have a separate insurance policy to cover this.

TNT is our preferred courier but on occasions we also use Parcel Force Worldwide. All parcels sent through this courier are automatically insured against loss only up to the value of £150.00 with the option to purchase enhanced compensation cover for a small added cost.

Below is a guide to the cost of sending lower value items abroad by AIRMAIL (Please note the maximum weight that Royal Mail will carry is 2Kg and that prices are subject to variations, although we try our best to keep them up to date).

WORLD ZONE 1 covers all countries outside Europe and World Zone 2. The USA and Canada are included in World Zone 1

WORLD ZONE 2 includes Australia, China, Korea, Taiwan, Western Samoa, Japan and New Zealand
